Comparison

SiteServi vs Wix, Durable and a traditional web agency: which one is right for your business?

If you run a local shop, a trade business or an association and you want a website quickly without an agency budget, you have four options: an AI generator that works from your Google Business Profile (SiteServi), a general-purpose builder with AI (Wix), a fast generator aimed at local businesses (Durable), or a traditional web agency. This comparison sets out, with sources, the differences in price, turnaround time and features between the four.

Wix and Durable prices checked on 16 July 2026 on the official wix.com and durable.com/pricing pages (Durable bills in US dollars). The figures for a traditional web agency come from SiteServi's own sales pitch, not from an independent study: see the Limitations section below.

SiteServi in detail

SiteServi automatically builds a professional website from your business's existing Google Business Profile: contact details, opening hours, photos, reviews. The site updates itself as soon as you change your Google profile. No manual data entry, no technical maintenance. The Essential plan is €19/month. The Premium plan is €39/month and adds a custom domain name, up to 5 pages for your services and areas served, and priority support.

Wix in detail

Wix is a general-purpose website builder with an AI assistant (Wix ADI) that can put together a first draft. It suits all kinds of projects, including needs more complex than those of a local business (advanced e-commerce, multi-currency). The free plan keeps Wix branding and a subdomain; you need a paid plan, from €16.80/month billed annually, to get a custom domain name and remove Wix ads. Unlike SiteServi, Wix does not sync your site with your Google profile: every update is made by hand in the editor.

Durable in detail

Durable is the competitor positioned closest to SiteServi: fast generation (around 30 seconds) from a description of your business, designed for tradespeople and freelancers. The free plan is limited to 3 pages on a subdomain; paid plans start at $12/month billed annually. Unlike SiteServi, Durable does not draw on your Google Business Profile, so it does not update itself when you change it.

Traditional web agency in detail

A traditional web agency still makes sense for a genuinely bespoke need: strong brand identity, specific features, complex e-commerce, advanced online booking. In return, the budget and the timeline are significantly higher, and any later change usually means going back through the agency.

How to choose, depending on your situation

You want the fastest and cheapest option

SiteServi and Durable both fit the bill. SiteServi has the advantage of starting straight from your Google profile (nothing to re-enter) and keeping itself up to date on its own; Durable starts from a description you write yourself.

You want full control over the design

Wix, with its full visual editor, or a web agency, give you far more freedom to customize than an automatic generator like SiteServi or Durable.

You have a bespoke need (e-commerce, booking)

A traditional web agency, or an advanced Wix plan with its e-commerce apps, are a better fit than an automatic generator designed for a showcase website.

In short: if what you need is a simple showcase website that faithfully reflects your Google profile and requires no maintenance, SiteServi and Durable are the fastest and cheapest options. If you need advanced features or full control over the design, Wix or a traditional web agency are a better fit, at the cost of a bigger budget and a longer wait.

Methodology

This comparison was built from the public content of the SiteServi website consulted on 15 July 2026, and from a direct check of the prices and features published on the official Wix and Durable websites on 16 July 2026. The information about how Durable works (generation time) also draws on a third-party article (cocowork.fr, 14 May 2026) comparing several AI website generators.
