The Essential plan costs 19 EUR a month, the Premium plan 39 EUR a month. Both give you a complete showcase site, with the same homepage and the same photos. The difference lies elsewhere: your address on the internet, extra pages for your services and areas, a professional email address, and priority support. Let's look in detail at what Premium actually brings.

What is identical in both plans

Whether you choose Essential or Premium, your site includes the same pages, the same layout, and the same information. Opening hours, address and phone number are synchronised automatically from your Google Business Profile, usually within a week of any change you make. For exceptional closures or public holidays, the process works the same way on both plans. Neither plan includes online sales: SiteServi builds showcase sites, not online shops.

What differs between Essential and Premium

Here are the four elements that genuinely distinguish the Premium plan from the Essential plan.

Five questions to help you decide

Answer these five questions to work out which of the two plans suits your situation.

Do you have an address to print on a physical medium?

If you print business cards, a flyer, a shop sign or a branded vehicle, a short, memorable domain name is worth more than a generic address. Your customers remember it more easily and type it directly into their browser. If your business only communicates through its Google listing, this criterion does not apply.

Do you need a professional email address?

If you exchange emails with customers, suppliers or an administration, an address such as [email protected] is more credible than a personal or generic one. It is also easier for people to remember. If your exchanges mostly happen by phone or through the messaging feature of your Google listing, this criterion does not apply either.

Would a site outage cost you dearly?

Priority support reduces the response time for a technical issue or a question. This criterion matters more for a business with periods of high demand (sales, tourist season, a local event) than for a steady business without a marked peak, where a slightly slower response makes little difference.

Do you intend to keep this site for several years?

A domain name gains value over time: your customers remember it, it appears on your printed materials, and it belongs to you even if you change provider one day. Over several years, the 20€ monthly gap between the two plans matters less against that benefit.

Do you offer several distinct services?

An electrician who offers repairs, compliance upgrades and home automation benefits from having a page for each of these services. A customer rarely searches for the word electrician on its own: they tend to search for what they actually need, such as a specific repair. With Premium, these pages are generated from the services you enter in your client area. Once your services are saved, there is nothing else for you to do.

Five questions in total. If you answer yes to at least two of them, the Premium plan probably suits your business better. If you answer no throughout, the Essential plan covers your needs.

The domain name, in detail

The domain name included with Premium is bought in your name, not in SiteServi's. You remain the owner, including if you decide one day to change provider or cancel your subscription. The choice of name depends on availability, which is checked at the time of subscription; it is worth having one or two alternatives in mind if the exact name of your business is already taken.

Switching from one plan to the other

A free 14-day trial, with no card details required, lets you see the finished site built from your Google Business Profile before committing to a plan. Nothing forces you to decide from the outset: you can start with Essential and move to Premium later, for example when you first print materials with your website address on them. With annual payment, both Essential and Premium include two months free.

Pages for your services and areas

Local pages each present a service your business offers or a town you genuinely cover. Their content comes only from the services you have confirmed and the towns you have declared in your client area; nothing is invented. You can have up to 5 active pages at any one time, with a maximum of 2 town pages, and you choose which ones to switch on or off. Once your services are saved, the pages are created automatically; there is nothing else for you to do.

What Premium does not change

Between the two plans, the homepage and its content stay the same, as do the photos, the layout, the automatic synchronisation with your Google Business Profile, the hosting, and the HTTPS security certificate. These technical and visual elements do not change whichever plan you choose. The difference lies only in your address on the internet, the extra pages for your services and areas, the professional email address, and priority support.
